Application for the HAWK regulator
Kvasnička, Petr ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of intelligent buildings management and practical use of the control system HAWK from company Honeywell. The thesis describes the basic problem of intelligent building management, exactly why they created and how it is possible to implement building automation, including a listing of available equipment that can be used in these systems. The thesis also discusses one of the systems that can be used for building control. The control system is called HAWK and thesis describes the programming environment and connectable peripherals. For a given control system is formed in the scrubbing practical demonstration device wind tunnel, which is shown using the work of the control system.
An Application with HAWK Controller
Klíma, Jaroslav ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
The target of this bachelor’s thesis is to execute a connection between the HAWK controller by the Centraline/Honeywell company and crane models through the MODBUS/TCP communication protocol, including a demonstration of its functionality and creating a visualisation. Programmable machines SIEMENS S7-1200 were used to control the models. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to describing the HAWK controller and its communication options in its basic configuration. The second part is dedicated to the most utilized functions and terminology of the COACHAX development environment thanks to which the MODBUS communication is executed and a demonstration application is created. The practical part first offers a basic exercise to demonstrate the communication of a programmable machine and the HAWK controller through MODBUS/TCP and then an application which creates a shell system surface, unlike the programmable machines, and offers advanced options of controlling the model and formation of basic functional statistics.
Collection of measurement and control data
Podolský, Ondřej ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The semester thesis outlines the idea of the concept of intelligent building and related technologies. The first section describes the devices used in the field of intelligent installations in particular selected communication protocols and bus. In the next section there are some examples of systems from different manufacturer and the most detailed herein descripted system is Honeywell’s system built on NiagaraAX Framework because the practical part of the work is implemented using this system. The last part describes creation process of data visualization and storage obtained from intelligent building of Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication.
Collection of measurement and control data
Želinský, David ; Holek, Radovan (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis introduces us to terms such as a smart building, smart electrical installation and measurement and control data collection, which relates to this topic. In the introductory part, it will be explained, what a smart building is, how the devices in said building communicate and the BACnet communication protocol used in these devices. Next it will be explained, what the measurement and control data are and what they are used for. The next part defines the term database, what it is for and all its types. SQL language, which is used in almost every database will be introduced next. After, a database model of a part of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication T12's building will be presented. A part will be about the Honeywell company's CoachAX software, which is used for measurement and control data processing. In the end a measurement and control data simulation will be created. These data will be appropriately displayed in a visualization realized in CoachAX program. At the end, a measurement and control data simulation will be created. This data will be saved into the Microsoft SQL server database and then processed by the user. This same data will then be displayed in visualization in CoachAX program.
